This Privacy Policy explains how SubmitSafe ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your data when you use SubmitSafe.app (the "Service").
What We Collect
Account data: email address and password (or Google account identifier, if you sign in with Google), when you register. Listing content: app name, descriptions, metadata, and any text you submit for analysis. Uploaded files: screenshots and, for the Full manual audit tier, APK files you choose to upload. Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe — we do not store your card number. Usage data: free check count, timestamps, and feedback you submit.
How We Use Your Data
To generate your AI risk report. To perform the manual audit you paid for. To enforce the free-check Fair Use limit. To send you your report, order confirmation, and an optional follow-up asking for feedback. We do not use your data to train AI models, and we do not sell your data to third parties.
Where Your Data Is Stored
Account data, submitted listing text, and uploaded files are stored in Supabase.
Third-Party Processing
To generate your AI report, your submitted listing text and images are sent to Anthropic (Claude API) for analysis. We do not send APK files to any AI provider — APK files are reviewed manually as part of the paid Full audit.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@submitsafe.app; we will delete it within 30 days, except where legally required to retain records.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and track free-check usage.
Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data. Contact hello@submitsafe.app.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no method is 100% secure.
Children
The Service is not directed at children under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time.
