These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SubmitSafe.app (the "Service"), operated by SubmitSafe ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
What the Service Is
The Service provides an automated AI-based analysis of app store listing text and metadata for potential policy risks (e.g. repetitive content, impersonation, misleading claims, metadata/screenshot mismatch), and an optional paid manual review performed by a human.
No Guarantee of Outcome
The Service is a preliminary screening tool. It does not guarantee that your app will be approved by Google Play, Meta, or any other platform, and does not guarantee that a suspended account or app will be reinstated. Final decisions on approval, suspension, and reinstatement are made solely by the relevant platform. We have no relationship with, and are not endorsed by, Google or Meta.
Account Reinstatement — Explicitly Out of Scope
We do not provide account or app reinstatement services. We do not access, log into, or request access to your developer account on any platform. Any guidance we provide on appeal wording is informational only and does not constitute a promise of any result.
Free Checks — Fair Use
Free checks are limited (currently 2 per verified email). You agree not to circumvent this limit through VPNs, proxies, multiple accounts/emails, automated scripts, or any other method intended to bypass the limit. We reserve the right to block access, without notice, for activity that violates this Fair Use policy.
Paid Services and Payment
Paid manual audits are billed as one-time payments processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's own terms for payment processing. Prices are listed in EUR and may change at any time for future orders. Refunds are not available once the manual audit has been delivered. If the audit has not started yet, contact us for a refund.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the listing text, descriptions, screenshots, and APK files you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of generating your report or performing the manual audit. See our Privacy Policy for details on data retention and deletion.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to analyze or submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or submitted without the right to do so. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
No Professional or Legal Advice
The Service, including AI-generated reports and manual audits, does not constitute legal advice. For legal questions about platform compliance, trademark, or account disputes, consult a qualified professional.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SubmitSafe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, app removal, or account suspension. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict of law principles.
